A few moments from Manifesta 15 — an itinerant biennial art exhibition this year hosted by Barcelona with an emphasis on spreading the exhibition around the periphery of the city. As a first time visitor to Barcelona, the exhibition’s spread worked well to avoid the tourist quagmires and to provide a compelling experience of urban life and introduction to the region’s rich history.
